A year of great achievements: how the Stanford residential complex changed during 2025

During 2025, the Stanford residential complex came even closer to its long-awaited completion! All 12 months of work did not subside at the construction site. And now we can already report on the final annual result.

Monolithic works in sections 101, 102 and 111 are 100% complete.
The construction of all residential floors in section 108 is completed.
The -5th floor of the parking lot is 100% ready and the -4th floor is 75% ready.

In total, 8523 m3 of concrete were received at the facility during the year, the largest amount was in section 101 (2128 cubic meters).
2450 m3 of brickwork was completed.

A number of works were fully completed in sections 104 and 106 during the year:
- floor screed and plastering of MZK walls – 100%
- laying of heating and water pipes in apartments – 100%
- laying of MZK electrical wiring and fire systems – 100%

In section 102:
- 100% facade system with insulation on typical floors from the side of E. Konovaletsa Street
- elevators were installed
- roofing works were fully completed

In addition, the roof of section 103 is 100% complete.

The insulation and facade system of section 104 are also fully completed. The external landscaping of this section is 100% complete.

100% of apartment doors and MZK doors have been installed in sections 104 and 105.

In section 106, the insulation and installation of the clinker facade on typical floors have been fully completed.

External water supply, sewage and storm sewer networks (indoor courtyard access) have been laid with connections to the city network.

A transformer substation has been installed to supply the residential complex with electricity and commissioning work has been carried out with connection to the city network.
